We offer one one one Mindfulness coaching either in person in Caulfield North or via Skype or Zoom.

What is Mindfulness Coaching?

Mindfulness Coaching is about helping you develop inner resources that will enable you to live more fully in the present moment, become aware of what is going on in your mind and body and accept what is happening in the here and now so you can live your life with more awareness, joy and peace.

Through one one one mindfulness coaching, you  will be able to gain a deeper understanding of who you are, what you truly want in your life and how you want to move forward in alignment with your authentic self and core values.  As a mindful coach I gently guide you through this process in a safe, open and non-judgmental space.

What is the difference between mindfulness training and coaching?

The mindfulness training that we offer as a course to either groups or individuals will give you a good grounding in a broad range of mindfulness principles and techniques and will help you start and establish your own mindfulness practice and integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.

However, if you need help with specific issues and feel stuck in certain areas of your life, mindfulness coaching will help you identify and set goals, be accountable and gain more clarity so you can move forward.  Through mindfulness coaching we will give you the tools that will enable you to create change and live the life that you want.

Individual consultation: $125

If you complete one of our courses, you are entitled to up to 4 discounted coaching sessions within 2 months of the course completion if you need additional support and guidance.

Post course follow-up mindfulness coaching: $85 an hour (you save $40 per session)

24 hours cancellation notice is required or you will be charged the cost of the consultation.
