The Mindfully Serene Membership is the only mindfulness membership in the world that takes you step by step to set up a daily mindfulness practice to stop you feeling stressed and enable you to find more time for yourself, feel calmer and enjoy more the present moment from as little as $17 AUD per month.

This membership is available for 12 months but you can choose to pay monthly and can cancel at any time.  It consists of:
  • A new 10 mins and 20 mins guided meditation fortnightly on a monthly theme
  • New weekly simple mindfulness exercises on a monthly theme to practice anywhere during the day
  • 1 hour monthly interactive mastermind class via Zoom every 2nd Sunday of every month at 7.30pm Melbourne time including discussion on an aspect of mindfulness, guided mindfulness practices, questions and discussion.

Every week you will find new quick mindfulness exercises that you can practice during the day and fortnightly a new guided mindfulness meditation (a shorter and longer version) for you to practice.  This means that you will be taken step by step through your mindfulness journey. 

In addition, you will be able to participate in our monthly Mastermind video, which will be of course recorded and accessible on the site for the time of the membership, ask me questions and participate via our closed Facebook Group for further guidance and support.
