Calm Mind, Calm Body Sessions
For Aged Care, Community Groups and

These are one hour sessions that I can run for your clients to bring them in the present moment, help them calm their mind, give them tools to let go of unhelpful thoughts that cause stress, feel more comfortable in accepting what is happening in their mind and bodies and around them so they can feel more joy and peace in their everyday lives.
These sessions combine breath and body awareness exercises, mindful gentle stretches, mindful walking, relaxation and gentle mindful movements to music. These sessions will be tailored to suit the specific needs and preferences of the client group.
